Parcelly proudly announces an exciting new partnership with Eurosender, the price comparison website for parcel shipping across Europe. The collaboration will roll out in 2 stages, with phase 1 using Parcelly locations as drop off points for items to be sent internationally. And phase 2 offering parcel shipping rates within the Parcelly app and enabling parcel drop off and pickup via our nationwide network of 1,500+ Parcelly locations.
Phase 1 was launched last week, on September 12th in London. For Eurosender users, parcels can be dropped off at selected Parcelly locations and collected by a chosen courier (including brands such as GLS, Schenker, DHL and DPD) to be sent to their final delivery destination. This means customers comparing prices and sending parcels with Eurosender will not need to wait in for couriers to collect from their home addresses, but can simply leave their parcels securely with one of our convenient location partners.
The Eurosender service offers parcel collection from your doorstep between 9am and 6pm on the pick-up day, however offers currently no guaranteed or specific pick-up time. Of course, staying at home for 9 hours for a parcel collection is not ideal for all consumers, so this is where our Parcelly service comes in handy:
'We wanted to offer our customers more comprehensive and complete shipping services which could also include drop-off locations. Here is where our partnership with Parcelly comes into play. Customers will have more than 1,500 nationwide drop-off locations from where to leave or have their parcels delivered. We understand that time is money. Thus, we are positive that our customers will find this upgrade in the service beneficial because it will allow them to use their time more efficiently.'

A further benefit of this new service is that couriers can now retrieve parcels from our network of collection points with convenient (often 24 hour) opening times, eliminating the need for second collection attempts, and reducing the associated monetary and environmental costs.
“We take pride in pushing boundaries and continue innovating to further improve Parcelly’s service proposition. The new partnership is only the start of a new range of services Parcelly will be introducing in the coming months – all accessible via our mobile app. The partnership with Eurosender is a natural step and well in line with our carrier agnostic network capabilities. While the initial phase of this partnership will facilitate the lives of Eurosender’s London based customers only, we are looking forward to rolling out this fantastic solution into our nationwide network by Q1 2018, while also launching both parcel drop-off and pick-up.”
- Sebastian Steinhauser, CEO & Founder at Parcelly
Parcelly continues to innovate in the delivery landscape and recently introduced another industry first with a 60minute delivery on-demand mini-warehousing service in London. Our nomination for the 'Best Innovation in eCommerce Delivery/Logistics' at the eCommerce Awards 2017 for a consecutive year is also a clear testimony of our thought leadership, and we look forward to offering more convenient delivery solutions to our customers in the near future. #parcellove
