Information you give us

You may give us information about you by filling in forms on the Parcelly app (“our app”) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use our app, subscribe to our service, search for a Parcelly Location, place a Booking on our app, track an order and observe and change its status, share the app address and experience via social media, contact customer service and when you report a problem with our app. The information you give us may include your full name, full address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, date of birth and password. Please note that after your payment has been received we do not retain any payment information. The information you give us may include:

  • Contact Information” - your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.
  • Payment Information” - financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph.
  • Marketing and Communications Information” your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences

Information we collect about you

With regard to each of your visits to our site we may automatically collect the following information:

  • technical information”, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, app version, iOS version, device type, screen size and scale, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;

We are not responsible for any personal data you provide to the seller of goods delivered using our app or to any other third party to whom you provide your personal data save for as expressly provided for in our Terms and Conditions or on our App or Website.
