Located in West Hampstead, within just a 5 minute walk from West Hampstead Overground Station, the store has already been a dedicated Parcelly location since December 2014 and as one of the 'trailblazers' is an integral member of our nationwide network of over 800+ Parcelly parcel collection points.
The award is a real testament to the shop's ongoing efforts in promoting themselves as a Parcelly location as well as ensuring their customers have an efficient and reliable experience when collecting their parcels in store by proficiently handling Parcelly's merchant app.
When asked about how they make customers aware that they are a parcel collection point, Mr Sidd, the shop's Senior Engineer replied: "Since we got a Parcelly pavement sign, people started coming in asking for information about the service". "We also have Parcelly stickers placed strategically in the shop's front window and hand out fliers to our customers at checkout" he added.
