We love keeping ourselves busy, and following our European Post & Parcel Conference attendance last week, we were already back on the conference circuit with a stand at the Home Delivery World Europe Conference 2017 in London in this week.
The event took place at the iconic Business Design Centre in London over the past two days and attracted a large audience of retailers, e-tailers, brands, 3PLs, logistics and distribution technology suppliers such as DHL, Ocado and our latest business partner what3words, to name but a few.
Now in its 4th year, the Home Delivery World Europe hosted over 55 speakers, 350 conference delegates and 30 exhibition booths and provided the perfect environment to learn, network and exchange ideas with decision makers and international businesses at the forefront of retail fulfilment and logistics.
We got the chance to hear inspiring speeches from some of the most relevant people in the industry. Among the topics discussed, 4 areas stood out as the most relevant: 'Improving Customer Experience', 'Cross-border e-Commerce', 'Click & Collect', and 'Returns and Reverse Logistics'.
The conference provided a great opportunity for showcasing our innovative open-loop click & collect solution, as well as networking with other innovative Startups that are disrupting the delivery sector.
Parcelly remains one of the UK’s most innovative technology providers resolving problems associated with first- and last-mile delivery, by allowing customers to collect their online purchases when, how and where it is most convenient for them. The Home Delivery World Europe Conference was a huge success for us and it was great to meet with some of the best and brightest minds in the logistics industry.
