Parcel Peak is nearly here — the busiest time of year for our Parcelly Network Partners. With parcel volumes at their highest, now’s the time to take full advantage of your earning potential. 

Whether you're a long-time Parcelly Network Partner or just getting started, refining your scanning process and making full use of Parcelly’s platform features can help turn this busy season into your most profitable yet. 

Every scan counts!  

  1. Use the Split Commission Feature to Your Advantage

Parcelly’s Split Commission feature is designed to reward you for each part of the parcel handling process: 

  • You receive half of the commission when you scan a parcel into your store (Check-IN). 
  • The other half is paid when you scan it out to the customer (Check-OUT). 

To help you monitor your progress, Parcelly provides weekly and monthly performance reports, clearly showing successful and unsuccessful scans. These reports can help identify where improvements are needed and ensure no commission is left on the table. 

And remember, even if a parcel can’t be scanned, Submitting Item Feedback still counts toward your performance. Simply upload a photo of the parcel’s barcode label through the Parcelly app.

  1. Stay Scan-Ready

Avoid missed commission by ensuring your store is always prepared for parcel handling. 

  • Keep your device fully charged, updated, and connected to Wi-Fi 
  • Ensure all staff members are confident using the Parcelly app 
  • Request refresher training if needed — support is always available via our Parcelly Support Team on 02038137868 
  • Create a dedicated, well-organised space for storing parcels 

This approach helps ensure no scans are missed, even during busy periods, making Check-INs and Check-OUTs quick and efficient. After all, the more you scan, the more you earn.
