Chosen for providing a fantastic customer service and for being an OG (Original Gee-I-love-parcels) when it comes to our Parcelly locations: they have been with us since the beginning of 2015, offering our Click&Collect service to their customers. We visited their store this week to check in with Kyzer, the store manager, and learn more about his plans of expanding his business in future...
So Kyzer, what is your feedback on the Parcelly app and our service?
'Yeah the app is really easy to use, I just enter the ID to check in when the parcel arrives and then again for check-out once the customer comes to collect. If ever I have any issues with the app, I call the customer support guys and it’s been sorted pretty swiftly each time...
(That's great to hear, it really does seem that our customer service team are at their phones 24/7! We rarely even hear the phones ring on the marketing side of the office as they jump on the calls so fast :))
And how did you hear about Parcelly in the first place?
One of their sales team members came to my store and explained the concept of Parcelly to one of my employees. He told me all about you guys later and it caught my eye that I could run the service alongside DHL actually. So I decided to call in and well, here I am!
Random question, the Euro Millions prize pool is almost £130 Million this week, what would you do if you won?
You'd never see me again! Haha no, I'm joking. Of course, I would expand the business first. I'm already planning on expanding into the import and export market, but I think winning that would make it a lot easier haha'
