Parcelly proudly announce that we have expanded our fantastic partnership with Barnardo’s to now include their entire nationwide estate.
Back in June last year, we started a pilot across 90 Barnardo’s stores in Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool, and are now adding an additional 620 Barnardo’s stores to our network of Parcelly click&collect locations, making us one of the largest fully agnostic operators in the UK.
Corporate Social Responsibility is at the core of our business model and we are extremely pleased to be working towards a common goal with a distinguished charity like Barnardo’s. Our smartphone-based click&collect solution revives local high streets and attracts additional footfall into Barnardo’s stores, whilst also generating a new revenue stream for each parcel collected or returned: 100% of these profits being reinvested into the charity.

Our initial trials in selected areas proved that people living around our stores were keen to utilise us as a parcel pick-up location and we are therefore delighted to offer such convenience within our local communities. The partnership also serves as an extra income stream for us, delivering even more funds towards Barnardo’s work with the UK’s most vulnerable children, young people and families.”
