We are thrilled to announce that Parcelly has been nominated for ‘Retail Charity Partnership of the Year’ at the Retail Systems Awards 2017, following our 'click&donate' collaboration with Barnardo’s.
Now for the 12th year running, the Retail Systems Awards ‘recognise technology excellence and innovation within the retail sector. Winning entries come from retailers and technology suppliers who are leading the way in areas such as mobile, online, payments, loyalty and personalisation.'
This shortlisting is a true recognition of the mutually beneficial partnership we have created: Barnardo’s locations both attract new customers and receive an additional revenue stream from running the service in their stores, whereby 100% of the commission from parcels collected or returned is reinvested directly into the charity. Meanwhile, Parcelly benefits from network growth with additional locations providing our click&collect service, which offers a greater layer of convenience to more of our customers.
The awards ceremony will take place on the 19th of October 2017 at the London Marriott Hotel; the full list of shortlisted companies is accessible HERE. After winning both ‘Delivery Initiative of the Year’ and ‘Start-up Company of the Year’ at the awards in 2016, our fingers are crossed for another successful year!
