The local business is the size of 3,000 square feet, filled with products from all around the world and has been run by the Patel family for over 20 years now. Technology has always played an important role for them, upgrading their store according to customer’s needs, and services such as Parcelly make it more and more convenient for their loyal customer base.
Playing a big part in the local community, Londis sponsors sports day, cinema days and other major events at two schools in their neighbourhood and also initiated breakfast days where Londis provides breakfast for these schools.

How did you hear about Parcelly and how has your experience been to date?
I went to a Trade Show last year where I met the Parcelly Team. Parcelly has a partnership with the Booker Group, which was a badge of trust for me and made my decision to join the network easy. The service has been very promising so far. It took a few weeks for customers in our area to realize that we work with Parcelly, but once they understood how smooth and secure the process is we witnessed a big increase in the number of parcels we receive.
Do you know about Parcelly's Mini-Warehousing Solution?
Yes, we actively read about the Mini-Warehousing solution and it seems ideal for us as we would like to use the free space we have. We have over 3,000 square feet of available space and the Mini-Warehousing solution would allow me to utilise and also monetise this space.
If you could get one celebrity to you store who would it be?
I would like to invite football players from Arsenal Football Club or West Ham United Football Club!

"The App is very straight forward and it is extremely easy to train a new member of staff to check in and out parcels via the app. The best feature for me is the commission section where I can easily track the commission I will earn each month.
